Return Process

with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Get Authorization
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a shipping label if needed. If a return label was not included in your package, simply reach out and we’ll send one to you.

Ship the Item Back
Unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, depending on manufacturer policies.

Custom or special-order products may carry higher restocking fees or be non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
✔ Report within 48 hours with photos and a detailed description.
✔ We’ll coordinate with the supplier to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Before Shipment

All canceled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee (to cover non-refundable transaction costs).

If payment was made using Affirm, an additional 6% non-refundable Affirm fee applies.

Orders already shipped are subject to return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return and standard return policies apply.

International Orders – Currency & Bank Fees

All orders and refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or exchange spreads outside our control.

This may result in a refund slightly lower than your original payment in local currency.

We only deduct the 3% processing fee for cancellations; any additional differences are determined by your payment provider.

We comply with all applicable laws regarding refunds and returns and reserve the right to adjust this policy as needed.
