Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments may also be made via PayPal or prepaid with a money order. No order will be released for shipment until funds have fully cleared.

Freight & Shipping

All orders are shipped Freight on Board (FOB) and ownership transfers to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx Ground, UPS, and independent freight companies to provide reliable delivery at competitive rates.

Our team works to secure the lowest possible freight costs while ensuring safe and timely delivery.

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days. Specific lead times for special equipment are noted below.

Hoist Haven is not responsible for inventory shortages or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Estimated Shipping Times

Car Lifts & Frame Machines: Typically ship within 3–5 business days of order processing. Frame machines are pre-assembled before shipment and delivered by flatbed carrier.

Special Equipment: Generally ships within 5–10 business days, depending on build and preparation time.

Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Customers may contact our sales team for estimated restock dates.

Free Shipping Offers: Apply only to orders shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico). For detailed freight quotes, please contact us directly.

Delivery & Unloading

Customers are responsible for unloading shipments from the delivery truck. Hoist Haven is not liable for additional costs or damages incurred during unloading.

Please note: lifts require a forklift for unloading. They cannot be unloaded using lift-gate vehicles. In some cases, it may be more practical to arrange delivery to a freight terminal where staff can assist with loading onto your vehicle.

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed since carriers handle transport. We provide tracking information and estimated delivery windows. Customers may request a delivery appointment (additional carrier fees may apply).

Inspection & Claims

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Concealed damages must be reported to the freight carrier within 3 business days of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to file claims with the carrier for damages.

Missing or short-shipped items must be reported to Hoist Haven customer service within 3 business days of delivery.
