However, due to demand or supplier limitations, certain products may occasionally be out of stock. While we strive to process orders quickly, Hoist Haven shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of profits, or downtime—arising from temporary inventory shortages or shipping delays.

All product pricing is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Images are provided for reference only; actual products may vary due to manufacturer updates, improvements, or design changes.

Sales Tax

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7–15 business days depending on your location.

For residential deliveries of car lifts, shipments are arranged via flatbed truck equipped with a crane for safe curbside unloading. Delivery scheduling will be coordinated with you directly.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the designated timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
